Vintage silk kimono jacket (michiyuki) featuring an abstract grasses print in shades of biscuit and warm sandstone. This lovely smock style jacket is self-lined & has an off-white rinzu lining at the shoulders decorated with woven streams & traditional flowers.
A michiyuki is traditional three-quarter length kimono-style travelling jacket. It is designed with a low square neckline to show off the kimono underneath and has a double-breasted front opening that closes with snap fasteners.
Rinzu is a silk damask fabric in which a subtle, repeat satin pattern is woven onto a matte background.
